Mr Fothergills Autumn Broccoli Seeds - Covina Variety
Covina is a quality broccoli variety that yields solid, domed heads with medium-sized beads over a long season. Sow these seeds indoors or outdoors for tasty heads of broccoli that provide a great source of vitamins C & antioxidants.
Sow indoors between February-April or outdoors between March-June & they will typically be ready to Harvest between June-November.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow thinly outdoors; seedlings usually appear within 14-28 days
- Water well until established
- Transplant 45cm apart when seedlings reach 10cm tall
- Sow every 3-4 weeks for a continuous supply
- Or sow thinly indoors into a tray of compost; water well & place in a cold frame or unheated greenhouse
- Transplant 5cm apart to other trays when large enough
- Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions before planting out - avoid frosts
