Candy Floss is an attractive purple & versatile kale variety that can be harvested as baby leaf or left to mature. These seeds will yield full flavoured leaves that provide a good source of vitamins C & A, great for eating cooked or as baby leaves in salads.

Sow indoors between March-May or outdoors between April-September & they will typically be ready to harvest between June-March.

Advice & Tips:

• Sow thinly outdoors where they will crop
• Seedlings usually appear in 14-28 days
• No thinning is necessary if only baby leaves are required
• Sow every 3 weeks to ensure a continuous supply of leaves
• Harvest baby leaves from June
• Or sow indoors in a tray of compost for mature plants only
• Keep in the warmth - a temperature of 15-20°C is ideal & keep moist
• Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions before planting out - avoid frosts
• Harvest mature plants from September to March
