Mr Fothergills Mustard Seeds - Oriental Colour & Bite Variety
Colour & Bite is an easy to grow outdoor mustard variety with striking colourful leaves & a strong flavour. Ideal for sowing outdoors in patio pots, these seeds can be harvested as milder baby leaves for use in salads or left to mature for a hotter flavour.
Sow outdoors between March-August & they will typically be ready to Harvest between April-October.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow thinly outdoors
- For cut & come again baby leaves allow 15cm between rows or sow into 25cm pots
- Seedlings usually appear within 7-14 days
- Sow every 2-3 weeks to ensure a continuous supply of leaves
- Harvest a few leaves from each plant when approx. 10cm high to encourage re-growth
- For mature leaves allow 25cm between rows & thin to 20cm apart
- Whole plants can be harvested from May
