Mr Fothergills Dwarf French Bean Seeds - Cala d'Or Variety
Cala d'Or is a high quality dwarf French bean variety with productive plants that show good tolerance to common diseases. Sow these seeds for high yields of great tasting, tender yellow bean pods that provide a good source of vitamins & fibre.
Sow indoors between April-May or sow outdoors between May-July & they will typically be ready to harvest between June-October.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow indoors in individual pots for best results
- Keep in the warmth - a temperature of 15-20°C is ideal & keep moist
- Seedlings usually appear within 7-14 days
- Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions before planting out - avoid frosts
- Delay sowing outdoors if soil is cold or waterlogged
- Water well until established
- Pick regularly to encourage further cropping
- For the earliest crops sow in April & protect with cloches until pods form
