Windsor F1 is a British bred brussels sprout variety with high yields of dark green buttons. Sow these seeds indoors or outdoors for firm, sweet tasting sprouts that provide a good source of vitamin C & folate.

Sow indoors between February-April or outdoors between March-April & they will typically be ready to Harvest between December-February.

Advice & Tips:

• Sow thinly outdoors in a seed bed
• Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days
• Water well until established
• Transplant 60cm apart both ways when seedlings reach approx. 10cm tall
• Or sow thinly indoors in a tray of compost
• Water well & place in a cold frame or cold greenhouse; keep moist
• Transplant 5cm apart into other trays when large enough
• Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions before planting out - avoid frosts
• Pick sprouts from the bottom of the plant & work upwards
