Available in a variety of different blends, Sahara's range of Barbecue Wood Smoking Chips are an easy and reliable way to add new flavours to your meats, vegetables and other treats on your BBQ grill.
Each flavour blend has been crafted from real wood and can be used in both gas and charcoal barbeques; the chips should be placed into a smoker box, or can be sprinkled directly onto the coals of a charcoal barbecue for an authentic smoky effect. The smoke created from the chips will infuse into your food, allowing you to enjoy a new flavour experience every time you grill for your family and friends; for optimum results, the hood of your barbecue should be kept closed to allow the smoke to infuse for longer.

Beef & Lamb: Creates a deep, smoky flavour from real hickory and mesquite woods.
Poultry & Pork: Achieves a sweet and fruity taste with apple and maple woods.
Maple & Rum: Perfect for pork, poultry and fish, this blend is made from maple wood and real bourbon barrels for a sweet taste.
Apple & Rum: Pairing well with poultry, pork and game meats, these chips have been crafted from apple wood and real rum barrels.

Advice & Tips:
Soak wood chips before use
For charcoal grills, place the wood chips on top of the coals
For gas grills, put the wood chips inside a smoker box and place it next to or on top of the heat source before igniting the burner.
Once the chips start to smoke, you are ready to start cooking.
