For larger food items that are tricky to barbecue, the flexible springs of this grill basket allow thicker foods to be cooked with ease. To use, open the basket using the locking ring on the handle, then place your desired food items inside the basket. When the lid is closed, the flexible springs will expand around your food to ensure they don't fall out. Place the basket onto the grates of your barbecue and monitor as the items cook, moving the basket if necessary using the handle.
