Mr Fothergills - Giant of Italy Parsley Herb Seeds
Giant of Italy is an easy to grow hardy perennial parsley that can be sown & harvested year round. Its large, flat leaves are full of flavour and make a great addition to all types of cuisine. The parsely leaves can be dried or frozen but for best flavour use fresh.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow thinly outdoors; seedlings usually appear within 14-21 days
- Thin seedlings to 30cm apart
- Water well until plants are established
- Or sow thinly indoors in small pots of compost & water well
- Keep in the warmth - a temperature of 15-20°C is ideal
- Plants can be grown on a light windowsill
- Harvest leaves as required throughout the year
- Pick a few leaves from each plant to ensure quick re-growth
- Outdoor crops can be harvested from May
