Mr Fothergills Pak Choi Seeds - Colour & Crunch F1 Variety
Colour & Crunch F1 is a versatile pak choi variety that can be harvested as baby leaf, mini or full-sized pak choi. Sow these seeds outdoors for tasty & colourful pak choi with crunchy stems & leaves that make a great addition to salads & stir fries.
Sow outdoors between May-August & they will typically be ready to Harvest between June-October.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow thinly outdoors where they will crop, allowing 40cm between rows
- Sow from May for baby leaf or from June for full size plants
- Seedlings usually appear in 14-21 days
- Water well in dry spells
- Harvest unthinned as baby leaf or thin to 25cm apart for mature plants
- Sow regularly every 2-3 weeks to ensure a continuous supply
- For baby leaf pick a few leaves from each plant when approx. 5cm high; they will regrow for up to 4 cuts
