Thimble is a mini-romaine lettuce with dense heads that show high resistance to disease, bolting & tip burn. Ideal for growing in gardens with limited space, these seeds will yield crisp & tasty heads of lettuce that provide a good source of vitamins A & C.

Sow outdoors between March-July & they will typically be ready to harvest between May-October.

Advice & Tips:

• Sow thinly outdoors allowing 25cm between rows
• Seedlings usually appear within 7-14 days
• Thin out to 15cm apart
• Water well until established
• Sow every 2-3 weeks to ensure a continuous supply of leaves
• Can be grown in pots if kept well watered
