Mr Fothergills Coriander Herb Seeds - Calypso
Calypso is a half hardy annual coriander variety that can be sown & harvested year round. These seeds will yield uniform bushy plants with leaves that regrow for up to 4 cuts, ideal for cut and come again cropping. Sow indoors or outdoors for aromatic & full flavoured leaves that will make a great addition to curries, chutneys & salads.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow indoors year round or outdoors March-June
- Sow thinly outdoors where they will crop
- Seedlings usually appear within 14-21 days
- Sow regularly every 2-3 weeks to ensure a continuous supply
- Or sow indoors thinly in small pots of compost & water well
- Keep in the warmth - a temperature of 15-20°C is ideal
- Harvest indoor crops year round & outdoor crops from May
- Pick leaves as required; leaves will re-grow for 3-4 cuts
- Leaves can be dried or frozen but for best flavour use fresh
