Mr Fothergills Beetroot Seeds - Perfect 3 Variety
Perfect 3 is a reliable multigerm beetroot variety that can be harvested as baby beets or left to mature. These seeds will produce globe-shaped beetroots with tasty deep red flesh that are a great source of folate & potassium.
Sow outdoors between April-July & they will typically be ready to harvest between July-October.

Advice & Tips:
- Sow thinly outdoors where they will crop, allowing 30cm between rows
- Seedlings usually appear in 7-21 days
- Thin seedlings to 10cm apart
- Water well until established
- Sow every 3 weeks to ensure a continuous supply of young roots
- Harvested roots can be stored in dry sand for winter use
- For baby beets lift when they are the size of a golf ball
- Twisting off the leaves will prevent bleeding
